What is included in my press-on nail kit?

Each Che Naildid kit includes everything you need for a perfect application.

- 10 Press-On Nails (You need to choose your size)

- 8 Times supply of the stick and peel gel glue

Can I reuse my nails?

Absolutely! All nails can be applied multiple times. Each nails set is paired with 8 times adhesive application.

Are your products Vegan and Cruelty-Free?

Yes! We are 100% vegan and cruelty free.

Is the nail glue harmful to my nails?

The Stick and Peel nail glue is non-invasive, and will not cause surface level damage to your natural nails.

How do you product the nails?

All of our press on nails are 100% Handmade with high end shellac gel.

How are you Eco-friendly?

All of our nails could be re-used multiple times. And all of our packaging were sourced responsibly with wood fibre that is certified by FSC.

Can I cancel my order?

As our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we can not guarantee we will be able to cancel or update your order upon request. Please reach out to our customer service by sending an email to info@Chenaildid.com. We will respond within 24 hours to your request.

How can I track my order?

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once we take your order, it will take us about 1-3 days to produce the
nails. Standard shipping normally takes 3-8 days. Totally takes about
5-10 business days to reach our customers.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

We are sorry your order didn’t work out! Che Naildid offers a 14-day
money-back guarantee for new, unused, and unopened nails. We want you to love our products but understand if you need a different style. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping charges. If interested in a return, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at info@chenaildid or

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
